Latif

Emily Practices in administrative law. She regularly appears in migration, discrimination, FOI and disciplinary matters, typically in the Federal Courts, VCAT and specialist administrative tribunals. Before coming to the Bar, Emily was Associate to Justice Kenny at the Federal Court of Australia. Prior to that appointment, Emily worked as a Solicitor at Allens, in the Commercial Litigation group. Emily has mentored readers and takes an active role in assisting and training practitioners in migration and FOI matters. Emily was awarded the Butterworths prize in Evidence.
